If you’re one of those who might have forgotten how much fun it can be to drive around Bassett, Danville, Rocky Mount, or Greensboro in a sporty car instead of an SUV or truck, it’s probably time to check out the sensational Kia Stinger. The Kia Stinger might be classified as a five-door hatchback, but it’s a long way from what most people would think of as a five-door hatch. Instead, the Kia Stinger is more like a practical and stylish grand tourer delivering high performance and supreme comfort in an affordable and highly desirable package. Find out how affordable the Stinger can be by discussing your budget and the latest funding offers with our finance department and how to save time when you come to see us by getting pre-approved with an online credit application.
There are two versions of the Kia Stinger to choose between. The first is the GT-Line, equipped with a 2.5-liter turbo-four under the hood, providing a very healthy 300 horsepower and 311 lb.-ft. of torque to the rear or all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. The other model is the Stinger GT2, where things get even more serious with a 3.3-liter turbo-six that puts out 368 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft. The GT2 also comes with an eight-speed automatic and a choice of drivetrains, but the AWD system in the GT2 includes the extra capability of Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control.
